SPRING 2023
The Season of Spring
When we listen to Nature and the cadence of our Earthly bodies, we begin to feel the change in Seasons. Spring calls to you with its first subtle signs: of green edible weeds dotting the landscape, the lingering sunlight offering hope for longer days, and the overall feeling of emergence out of our Winter cocoons.
This Season offers us a unique opportunity to revitalize mind, body, and spirit. Incorporate some of the recommendations below to nourish the wellbeing and celebrate the essence of Spring. Happy Spring Equinox!
